The focused 5-step programme is a targeted RTT® session designed to address a single issue quickly. You'll receive a personalised reinforcement audio + 21 days of support to lock in the change.

  2. RTT® Session (90–120 minutes) – A safe, focused deep‑dive where you stay fully aware and in control while we access root causes and reframe them.

  3. Personalised Recording (15–20 minutes) – A custom reinforcement audio to solidify new beliefs for 21 days.

  4. Integration + Support (21 Days) – Available via email/text to support progress and keep the transformation moving.

  5. Long‑Term Success (Post‑21 Days) – A 21‑day review. Most people experience meaningful change after this session; a second session can be scheduled if needed.
