The Practice

[ RTT® · 90 minutes · Online · One person at a time ]

There is a pattern you've been carrying for years.

Ninety minutes is enough to find the root of it, name what it was protecting, and write the line that replaces it.

The 21 days of personalised audio that follow are the integration — built for you, listened to in your own time.

[ Who comes to this work ]

Most of the people who book this session come to me because of one of these patterns.

  • Running two or three versions of yourself, and feeling the metabolic cost of it.

  • The "I'm fine, just tired" loop that doesn't lift no matter how much you sleep.

  • High-functioning anxiety dressed up as competence.

  • A specific room — work, family, a relationship — that costs more to walk into than it should.

  • An old version of yourself you keep going back to in certain rooms, even though you've outgrown it.

  • A self-critical voice that's been running in the background for so long you've stopped hearing it as a voice.

Others come for a specific issue.

  • Anxiety, panic, and persistent worry.

  • Confidence and the inner critic.

  • Imposter syndrome.

  • Quitting smoking, vaping, or drinking.

  • Habits and addictions.

  • Phobias and specific fears.

  • Public speaking and performance under pressure.

  • Sleep, including the kind that doesn't quite arrive.

  • Grief, loss, and what comes after.

  • Patterns in relationships, work, or family.

If one of those landed, this is the work.

[ What happens ]

Five stages, built around one pattern at a time.

A free 20-minute conversation. We confirm fit. Either you book the session or you don't. No pressure.

Discovery call

The session

90 minutes online. We find the root, name the pattern, write the new line. This is the depth work.

Personalised audio

A custom 15–20 minute recording made for you, after we've worked together. You listen daily for 21 days. The audio is what makes the session hold.

21 days of support

I'm available between session and review by email or text. Most people use this lightly. Some use it more. Either is fine.

21-day review

We meet again to see what shifted, what didn't, and what comes next. For most people, one session and the 21 days is enough. For deeper work, a second session may follow.

[ About the method ]

The session uses Rapid Transformational Therapy® — a clinical method developed by Marisa Peer over thirty years of practice. RTT® combines hypnotherapy, neuroscience principles, NLP, and CBT.

The 90-minute sitting is long enough to do the work in one session because the depth of the protocol allows it. You're not in trance for 90 minutes. You're in a structured therapeutic process that uses hypnotic state when useful and returns you to ordinary awareness for the cognitive work.

For more on how RTT® works, the official body of practice is at marisapeer.com.

Where the work calls for it, the session can also include bilateral stimulation and breathwork.

[ Cost ]

£399 — paid in full, or in three monthly payments of £133. No discounts. No tiers. No upsells. The price is what it costs to do the work properly.

[ From the people I’ve worked with ]

"You held the session and me so much that I really did let go — and that's something I've always struggled with."

— Hayley, London

"MAJOR growth happened after our session. I am feeling like all parts of me that don't serve me are falling by the wayside."

— Katie, Madrid

"I left feeling refreshed and 'lighter', as if a physical weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I've been sleeping deeply since and feel less anxious."

— Emma, Essex

[ Questions ]

  • Yes. The session runs online, so you can join from anywhere with a stable connection and a quiet space where you won'tbe interrupted for 90 minutes. The work is in English.

  • It depends on the pattern. For many people, one session and the 21 days that follow is where the work lands. For deeper or more layered patterns, additional sessions may follow. We'll talk through what fits your situation on the discovery call.

  • Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility. fMRI and EEG studies show measurable changes in brain activity during hypnotic states — particularly in the default mode network, the region associated with self- critical thought. The therapeutic effect comes from the deliberate use of this state to access and rework subconscious patterns.

  • The intent of the work is durable change. RTT works by surfacing the original learning underneath a current pattern and reframing it deliberately — the changes the session creates are designed to hold.

What no clinical method can do is override your future choices. If you experience a significant life event years after the work and a pattern returns, that's a new chapter to address — not the original work failing. Most people don't come back. Some do, and that's part of being human, not a failure of the method.

  • Yes. Clinical research supports online hypnotherapy as comparably effective to in-person sessions for the issues this practice addresses. The setup requirements are simple: a stable internet connection, headphones, and a quiet space where you won't be interrupted for 90 minutes.

  • No. You stay aware throughout the session and remember what happened. The state is similar to the natural absorptionyou slip into when you're reading something engrossing or driving a familiar route on autopilot. You can come out of it at any moment.

  • Yes. Hypnosis (or trance state) is a natural state of mind that you enter willingly and you remain fully in control of your actions during the session. Hypnosis cannot make you do anything you don’t want to do.

Hypnotherapy is generally considered safe when conducted by a trained and qualified professional. Each session usually includes positive talk therapy, allowing you to reflect on your progress, goals or changes in a beneficial way, providing positive suggestions to your subconscious mind for beneficial change as you relax.

  • No. The state is closer to a deep daydream than to sleep — you can come out of it at any moment, even mid-session. If a video call drops, we reconnect and continue. The work doesn't get lost.

  • Most people enter a hypnotic state easily. A small proportion — roughly 10–20% in the clinical literature — are lesssuggestible by nature, but most people in this group still get clinical benefit from the work. We'll know quickly on the discovery call whether the method is a fit for you.

  • The discovery call is free. There's nothing to refund. The session and the personalised audio are non-refundable once we've worked together. The recording is built specifically for you, the work has been done, and the time was held for you.If something comes up before the session and you need to reschedule, give me 48 hours' notice and we'll find a new date.

  • That's the case for many of the people who book. The session doesn't require any prior experience or preparation. We talkthrough what to expect on the discovery call so you know exactly what's happening at each stage.

  • It works for most people. Some patterns take more than one session to shift fully. The 21-day review is where we lookhonestly at what's shifted and what hasn't, and decide what makes sense from there.
