EDITING?
[ What are you ]
[ RTT and Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, Writer, Strategist ]
A short letter, a Practice, and a framework for the people running two or three versions of themselves.
Most of us are running different versions of ourselves to stay in the rooms we need to be in. The cost of that editing is material, and it’s not being named. I work on the editing pattern — through writing, a clinical practice, and corporate facilitation.
A Letter
What Are You Editing? — a short letter and first exercise on the cost of running two or three versions of yourself.
Twelve minutes, a notebook, somewhere quiet. The opening I walk people through in the practice, written for one room of your life.
Free.
A Practice: The 5-Step Programme
Most therapy assumes you'll keep coming back. This one doesn't.
A single 90-minute session — long enough to find the root and rework it in one sitting.
Followed by 21 days of personalised audio, built for you after we've worked together, so the change you came for has somewhere to land.
The session uses RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy). Online. In-person on request. One person at a time.
£399.
A Framework
The editing is not just emotional. It is metabolic.
You became fluent in the rooms you needed to be in. The fluency had a cost. What you might recognise as a low-grade, persistent tiredness is often the cost of running two or three versions of yourself simultaneously.
Briefly
MonRose Durden. Over twenty years across creative leadership and corporate business innovation — Saturday Group (under Jens Grede), EY Wavespace, Elite World Group, Ministry of Sound.
Clinical training in RTT and hypnotherapy. A brain and spinal illness in 2023 that took everything down for two years. The work I do now came out of the silence of that recovery.
