EDITING?
[ Rapid Transformation Therapy, Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and Strategist ]
A short letter, a Practice, and a framework for the people running two or three versions of themselves.
A Letter
What Are You Editing? — a short letter and first exercise on the cost of running two or three versions of yourself.
Twelve minutes, a notebook, somewhere quiet. The opening I walk people through in the practice, written for one room of your life.
Free.
A Practice: The 5-Step Programme
Most therapy assumes you'll keep coming back. This one doesn't.
A single 90-minute session — long enough to find the root and rework it in one sitting.
Followed by 21 days of personalised audio, built for you after we've worked together, so the change you came for has somewhere to land.
The session uses RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy). Online. In-person on request. One person at a time.
£399.
A Framework
Most of us are running two or three edited versions of ourselves to stay legible in different rooms. The work version. The family version. The version old friends remember. The editing accumulates a cost long before anyone names it as one.
The work isn't to be more authentic. That instruction has never helped anyone. The work is to see the editing, name what it was protecting, and decide what still earns its place.
It's the through-line in the letter, the practice, and what I write.
I came to this from three places
A childhood that asked more of me than it should have.
Over a decade in senior leadership across creative and corporate worlds — Ministry of Sound, Elite Models, EY, brand and innovation roles — where I watched, from inside the rooms themselves, how much editing people do to stay in rooms they think they have to be in.
And a brain and spinal illness in 2023 that took the rest down for two years. The silence of that recovery is what brought me here.
The editing didn't start in those rooms. It started much earlier — for most of us. It runs through every life I've worked with since.

Working with brands and organisations
Speaking, workshops, retreats, panel hosting, and workplace wellbeing for teams navigating stress, reinvention, and the subconscious roots of behaviour change.
